- At 20 I moved to Germany and trained as an optician.
- A search started for the deeper meaning of life, which brought me to study Psychology, Homeopathy, Energy- balancing, Hypnosis, Meditation and other fields.
- Unsatisfied with all this, I travelled around India, went to Poona, Lucknow, Tiruvannamalai and visited different masters while searching.
- On this journey I met Mary Litzler who was the initiator to Jin Shin Jyutsu, leading to the love affair with this gentle powerful bodywork.
- In Berlin I studied with Muriel Carlton, Matthias Roth, Wayne Hacket, Waltraud Rieger Krause and Brigitta Meinhardt.
- Since 2000 I travel to Amsterdam, South India and Colombia giving sessions and Selfhelp courses.
